refund and returns policy
When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:
– Unfortunately we do not process any refunds or exchanges on sale items and swimwear.
– Any other items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
– When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items.
You may return items purchased online within 7 days of delivery. Bear in mind that in the case of postal returns, Clothesline will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.

In store returns:
If you live in the area, you may return items purchased online to any Clothesline store for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided you have the original invoice, and items are returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Please bring your dispatch note, which is given to you when your order is delivered and your original invoice, which is emailed to you when your order is being processed. You can either print it out, or show it to the cashier on your phone.
The refund period may vary between 3 and 5 working days from receipt of your return at our warehouse. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
Please note: Our delivery agents are not authorised to accept goods for return on delivery.
